The String Project
Week 52 Recap:
For week 52 goal (3/01 - 3/08), represented by my mustard-colored string, I had to:
-Finish my homework by 10:00PM everyday
This goal definitely helped me with my procrastination habits. Even though I don’t really have homework, I did my work anyway. &It paid off. I had two midterms last week, and I think I did pretty well on them :D I’m going to keep up with this goal because I have two more midterms this week! Wish me luck ^____^


Week 53 Goal & Recap:
For week 51 goal (3/09 - 3/15), represented by my green string, I:
-Brushed my teeth after every main meal
I chose this challenge because I have a bad habit of snacking constantly between meals, even when I’m not hungry. Brushing my teeth after I’m done eating ensures me that I won’t mindlessly snack on random junk. It also helps me feel refreshed! :D I think this is starting to become a new habit now. I even bring a small portable toothbrush and toothpaste just in case I go out to eat lol. ——————————————————————
NOW TO THIS WEEK’S GOAL! :D
For week 54 goal (3/16 - 3/22), I’m doing a SUPER CHALLENGE, represented by my black string. I will:
-Take some time out everyday to de-stress myself (Blue string)
- Finish my homework by 10PM (Mustard string)
- Brush my teeth after every main meal (Green string)
- Burn 1500 CAL through work out (Black string - new goal)
I have a good set of challenges to conquer this week, and I’m looking forward to completing them! :) I added the new goal to burn 1500 CAL through my workouts because I’ve been slacking off. I’ve only been going to the gym maybe once or twice a week, and that’s making me lose a lot of motivation ><
HMPH, so I’m getting it back! I need to burn about 300 CAL through exercising per day to reach my goal. I’m definitely not planning on going to the gym EVERYDAY this week, so that means I have to go hard and intense with every workout I get. I need to run faster, lift heavier, squat lower, and well… sweat more :P
Definitely looking forward to this!
